It's always a good day at Walgreens!
We like to have fun at work. This is a picture of my friend Jonathan making our pharmacist into Super Mark.
About Sherry
As an artist I had the exciting experience of being the first group of art students that had their senior art exhibit at an actual gallery downtown. As a general rule, all the exhibits are displayed in the gallery on campus in the fine arts Hall. We as a group, collectively work together to ensure were the possibility that we would be able to display our art in a downtown venue. The staff at the Ashmore Gallery on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard graciously accepted our proposal and allowed us to put our art in their gallery. This was the first time any group of students in the bachelors of fine art program were able to venture outside of the Campus confines. It was a nerve-racking, but exciting day. I would love to re-live it again. I still keep in contact with some my group members on Facebook and I truley miss each and every one of them. I received my bachelor of fine arts in March 2013.

My Education History |
The first degree that I ever recieved was in 1988 at Broome Community College in New York. At that time they called it a Child Care Associates. A year later, 1989, I received a secondary degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration on Early Education. The termanology changed that quick. The lingo continued to change as Early intervention programs took hold and educators realized the importance of the early years of life. I took a break to raise a family and came back in 2009.The second degree I received was a BA in Fine Arts from Armstrong Atlantic State University. I really enjoyed learning how to create in different ways. I also realized that I really wanted to teach people how, while doing it myself. At that time I pursued a degree in Professional communication and Leadership, that I will complete in the spring of this year. My passion lies in teaching, so I added a Masters in Special Education to my goals. I am now pursuing this degree to enable myself to be a teacher.
